Everyone knows their is a God

The Bible says everyone knows there is a God as He has put that inside each of us. Everyone can look at nature and know that God created it. Everyone can look to the Bible, read it, and know God wrote it. To answer your question if you lived on an island and never had anyone teach you anything if you looked around and one day looked and honestly said “God I know you made all of this, and me, I believe you are there, forgive me and help me to live” my friend that is enough.
